How we operate
Every account is verified first
Before we contact anyone, the account passes a validation and compliance review: the balance, the paperwork, the limitation position and any indicators of vulnerability or dispute. Accounts that don’t pass are reviewed by a person, not a machine.
Security is not optional
Account information is only ever shown after identity verification with a one-time passcode. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is logged, and our audit trail cannot be edited — by anyone.
Specialists for difficult situations
Vulnerability, bereavement, insolvency and complaints are handled by trained specialists with the authority to pause collection. If you tell us something is wrong, chasing stops while we investigate.
